Today I have an essay due for the lovely The Trenchbull. Too bad I wasn't at school so i'm pretty sure I did it wrong and she'll have my butt for it....on a plaque over her fireplace with all the other kids butts and let me tell you, she has quite a collection.

After school today I'm tutoring kids in french. They're learning about the wonderful Bras Jambes et Ventre, my freshman nightmare. At least french is my first class, that's always a class I like, then wellness, then humanities. Unless, of course, I mixed it all up and it's an A day, and in that case, I'd have to scream, because I would have brought all the wrong things to school and I would be officially screwed!

Unfortunatly, it's not an orange it's a horrible "thing" that originates from a cold. So I got this thing and you may think im kidding but I can only whisper.....that is only if i dont want to embarass myself. One girl thought my voice was changing and I was going through puberty, then I imformed her that only boys voices change. And I can't sing for my life. The funny thing is I'll say one sentence normal, then i'll forget, then yell or something. You'd think i'd be in pain. but i'm not. honestly, dont feel bad for me because i'm having the time of my life. my voice sounds different and quite ludicrous!

teenagers Vs. parents: a rant

so i find it hilarious that parents act as if teenagers are like aliens, that one day they will rule the world (and we're close, just a few ajustments in the plan). Half of the time parents are just like standing 10 feet away with a pole in hand the other half of the time they're saying o...there they go.....off into the world... or that happened to me when i was your age........your growing up.

So the horrible thing about this is that "all" teenagers need a bubble around 10 feet distance when half of us aren't that bad. We're really sweet once you agree with our plan to dominate the world and help.

Also, our additude, i mean COME ON! we are not that rude. OMG and u totalee m8k it sound lik we can't spel and we talk like totalee weird. GOD!

a blink into the past

the weirdest thing about blogs is that you can see what you wrote in like 9th grade. i was reading my february entries (my odes, which were witty but not well thought out...and didnt make any sense) and it struck me that i was in 9th grade when i wrote those, it was so weird i had to share it with you!
so today is my first Upbeat Feet rehersal (i had a master class last week which i will tell you about later) im very excited but kinda nervous. The master class was quite a catastrophe, the person who was teaching us only wanted us to do it right not teach us helpful stuff, she ended up yelling at me because i didnt do it the way she wanted and i went home early.

so you ask what's happened this week? well in school nothing much lots of PSAT crap (instead of prep, get it) (ignore my wit) and we went to a few places for field trips, on tuesday we climbed the biggest friggin' mountain i have ever climbed. it was brutal and steep and scary at times (the top was very uhhh....drop-offish) so me and zoey and ekhlas were climbing the mountain at the same pace (ekhlas celebrates rahmadan {is that how you spell it?} and couldn't even drink water) so when we got to the top we couldn't see the rest of the group (we weren't in the back of the group, we just spread out) so we went on something that looked like the path which of course wasn't so we went back and found the real path and found them at the top (which was scary and beautiful) once you got down from the mountain you realized it was fun and it was except for the fact that i bashed my knee against a rock but it was worth it!

on wenesday we went to the libray to do some research and then we measured munjoy from the train tracks on the eastern prom, we had to go straight up. so, yes we did go through those scary looking throns bushes with heavy measuring tools, but after that it was fun, until we were almost done, everyone ended up stressed out and yelling at there group, including my group. Between these two activties we ate lucnh at the One City Center. i got a really yummy sounding potato with melted cheddar cheese, it ended up being nacho cheese (the fake looking stuff) but i ate it anyway.

on thursday we had this person come to our school who talked about civil rights. that night i started feeling sick and i didn't go to school friday. All friday i thought about margot who was one hurricane island and how she was unfortunate enough to get a rainy day on a beautiful island. actually i was thinking about her all week, so,

yes im counting, but it's kinda hard when the AUDITIONS ARE TOMORROW!!! i've never been so excited about auditions.

this week i've basically been, dancing, i told you about jazz, right? well modern was fun too! but because i had jazz before i had modern (the day before) i had to slow down...a lot, but it was tremendously fun!! and tonight i have scottish dancing!

so life is fun especially i can feel important when i say, o well i have dance tonight so i can't.....unfortunatly dancer lady especially detests this because my dance class are in the later afternoon. so i could probably do what i said i couldn't. so after she confronted me about this ive been doing less, but i must admit i think i do kind of boast the fact that i actually do things after school. sorry if you noticed that and thought i was acting like a brat. i'm just not used to doing stuff after school and i'm proud to be busy!

i'll have a butterscottch sudae, i guess...

well i feel just horrible so dont pull any guilt crap because i already feel it.

well very eventful things have happened.

1. tomorrow is my fourth day of school

2. i'm in french stinkin' 2

3.i Have watched the Royal Tenebaums and enjoyed it emmensly

4. i have homework

5. i started my dance class today

6. jill rode the bus for the first time today

7. i walked home with zoe today

8. i got a 15/20 on a practice PSAT (but i had help!)

9. i have hired a tutor for math....again, but this one is the coolest!

10. today was 9/11

11. tomorrow i start my other new dance class with zoe

12. this list thing is stupid and i may as well highlight somethings

ok today i had my first jazz class in at least 5 years. for the warm-ups i was pretty rusty, then i got the hang of it and it was fun! I CANNOT WAIT FOR THE AUDITIONS!!!!
also, i was in the lobby of the dance studio and then i felt a tap on my back, i turned around and it was serena!!! i screamed she screamed and we definetly made a BIG scene (everyone was staring) so turns out, shes in my dance class! hoorah!! can;t wait for modern!!!

and because today was a depressing day, i'll end with a joke,

so i didnt blog on my birthday for obvious reasons....i was having to much fun! hehe i got an awesome cell phone and an ihome so i dont torture my parents with death cab (which is awesome) the only thing i didnt get that i wanted was a baby goat. i had a picnic on the living room floor with margot and her family, exculding Min, I don't think Conjure would have liked that... dancer lady and lizze lou gave me (and zoe) was (drum roll please)

i apoligize

i've been trying to blog, believe me i have! by my mom's minian (her laptop) has bailed on me and won't show any pictures. well i feel bad so i'm putting a new template in and title. today all i've done is basically read, listen to death cab, dance, clean, and.....well eat yummy humus with crackers. (don't worry my parents aren't starving me, although...i still haven't had dinner....and it's 7:34.......... just kidding bloggers)

sorry i haven't been writting, i've been in NY which of course is no excuse but, i had nothing to write about, not saying i didn't do anything but i just haven't written it. i'll show some recent pictures soon but i can't right now because i'm importing songs onto a cd. today crazy girl asked me if i knew what a cd was, but she was talking about a companion dog. har har shes ferny! i made a pretty necklace yesterday and i get to do it again! make a pretty necklace i mean! it was very yummy, after that we went for a walk which consisted of lots of dissapointment, the castle was closed off, all of it! it was sad. then we went to the other standing fort and went inside the little passage way, margot lost her shoe a few times but we managed to come out in one piece. after that we went to margot's house and read 'bout a little fir tree, the one that tramatized marogt when she was a little kiddie.

Tassel Top

Today at Tassel Top we Tallied along in The Tad cold ........O i give up!!

today we visited tassel top for the first time and we gave it a thumbs way up! very nice and small and very very warm water, my mom even went in the water *big gasp*!!!!! so i had a fun day.

so guess what? me and my mom rented amelie. guess what happened? yep. you're right, it was skipping, we got extremily annoyed and threw a tantrum.......then we decided to just buy a new copy...

MOVIE MAINIA!!!

Last night while at liquid soap's house with margot we watched Almost Famous, best movie ever, i'm not just saying that either, i can't stop thinking about how good it is....that has never happened with a movie before. also today me, margot, ezra, crazy girl, and their parents went to see The Devil Wears Prada, it was decent. it was enjoyable, but there were some people in the movie we all hated.

if everyone else is doing it, so be it

what i'm drinking: well of course orange juice, i have an addiction. and i have been drinking a lot more chai than normal, i just happen to be in cbb more often, that's all

what i'm watching: i'm not in the middle of a series, but yesterday i started to watch Laggan. and i too watched best in show recently, but for the first time, very funny!

what i'm reading: right now i'm reading Me Talk Pretty One Day, but i haven't made much progress, not that i don't want to, but when it's beautiful outside i end up doing something out....in the world. This makes me feel very horrible and guilty because i have to read at least 3 books for the summer, i need to start cranking!!


so for the 4th of july me, crazy girl and lovely libra and a few of her distant friends went to "the hill" to watch the fireworks, they were amazing, but WE got cometary. a few kids behind us were shouting and guessing how big the firework was going to be when it was shot up, small medium or big (as they said) but when they were right they'd say YEA! or KNEW IT! and when it wasn't they would say AWWW! or LAME! it kind of reminded me of the whole swing set thing (zoe) but one kid was asking, is it the finale yet? and the kid who i think was older because he was acting like it would say NOOO there are two warm-up finales before the finale, i'll tell you when it is! so that was fun



also today i had to help bratty kids on horses, the horses were better than the kids i'll tell you that much! one kid claimed that CBHS was for "special people" and i was like um, not really and she was like yes it is, and wouldn't believe me, because i mean what do i know, right?

We got our dog yesterday....well...saturday, it might not be sunday by the time you read this, but she is PERFECT! she does everything she's told and she is sooo pretty!!!

A movie

last night dancer lady and I went to get a chai and watch a movie while crazy girl and magicrat went to see superman. We went to get a chai and than rented 2 dvds, one my mom wanted me to watch and i have heard was really good and i was looking forward to watching (Amelie) and one that just...looked good (votes for women)

we sat down ready to watch Amelie, played the movie, got a minute into it and than it skipped. we breathed and tried again, same, we cleaned it, we went downstairs, nothing worked. Dancer lady finally decided that she would go to Jet Video and rent it. apperently their copy was out, so we ended up watching Memoirs of a Geisha. It was really enjoyable, i recommend it.

Final day (day 4)

after that we headed home, we stopped at a rest stop to have luch where i encountered a freaky looking ad and a vegge slice of pizza with a pinapple passion smoothie. we got home at 11.


these were both of my mom and my dad's apartments when they lived together, they didn't have both of them at the same time, they moved into the white one after the other one......well anyway, they bought coral in the white house. they had the upstairs.


next we went to my mom's college, Binghamton University, while going by this field my mom informed me and crazy girl that it was the field she learned golf on in gym class

We left that hotel and decided to head home, away from the constant rain, before we did that we visited places where my mom and dad lived and where my mom went to college. first we went to Ithica

Day 3

after that we made our way to our next hotel, here is our room and this is the hotel sign, it is rainy outside because i took the picture the next morning



after that we made our way to the butterfly conservatory. it was amazing, it was like being in a fantasy world!

we packed up everything and on our way to our next destination we went to a botanical garden and had a nice horse drawn carriage ride through the whole darned 100 acres!

Day 2

we went to dinner at the rainforest cafe, never go there, this picture is of a statue on top of a fountain, i found this funny because there are tons of fancy soaps and oils and shampoo's in the bathroom (it says rescue the rainforest, if you can't see)



we went to this really cool cirque du soleil thing and while going on the bus found some funny signs on the bus.

we finally checked out the falls, actually we were there for hours, it was so misty that even above the falls you could feel a lot of mist. Now imagine that except one thousand times more, that's what it was like on the Maid of the Mist. If you look closely at this picture you can see (near the falls) a tiny speck, that's the Maid of the Mist, that wasn't our boat of course but that's how close we got to the falls as well.


the people who were camping next to us were very strict with their kids but also had the most annoying dog ever, also when we walked into the bathroom we were very surprised, that is the other picture







we left that hotel the next day to go to Niagara Falls, it was crazy! it was like being inside a giant pinball machine! we camped in the falls at a place called KOA
